I have been an avid reader for as long as I can remember. I was the kid who always carried multiple books around and read any time I got the chance. As an adult, reading is still one of my favorite hobbies!

A recent passion project of mine is offering author interviews! I wanted to find a new way to connect with authors and readers, so Booktalk with Bookish Erika was born! I offer both written and video interviews. This has been a great way for me to find new books and recommend books to others.

As many lifelong lovers of books, I decided I wanted to write a book of my own! In January 2025, I started writing my debut novel which is a spicy werewolf urban fantasy book.
